You might notice that I have omitted the Health and damage stats from the sheets.
This probably raises some interesting questions along the lines of, "Well how do I tell when my enemy is affected by my attack?" Or, "How do I know just how much more damage my character can withstand before Final Death?"
This is really easy, The Storyteller will DESCRIBE damages in play. As well as deal with the actual penalties or difficulties brought out by damage with the player through Private Messages.
A roll may be required, but that will be handled on a scene by scene basis, and again, handled in Private Messages.
If a character is beaten to a 'pulp' with no breaking of skin, this could cause some higher difficulty ratings on rolls.
If a character is bleeding from any wounds, this will effect your Temporary Blood pool, the rate at which the Storyteller will handle with you through Private Messages.
If a character sustains damages truly Supernatural, your character may be smarter to turn tail and leave the battle before he is pushed to Final Death. This will be discussed, again, in private through Messages.
Though some Disciplines and statistics may vary the results, GENERALLY most substantial damages cannot be healed until your vampire goes to rest for the day.
Though the Temp. Blood pool may drop dramatically at the beginning of the new night, all wounds before Supernatural damages should be healed. On the new night, upon replenishing your Blood Pool, your vampire can also be rid of any temporary effects from damages. (I.E. raise in difficulties, visual damages... ETC)
Extreme damage can affect your Temporary Willpower, and even your Humanity to overcome.
If your character receives the type of damages that would scar it in anyway, (The type it's just too unbelievable even in fantasy to completely heal) it could affect your Social and Appearance abilities, temporary or permanent.
Vampires are mostly Immortal and resilient beings, over the proper amount of time with precautions taken, any damages and 'scars' dealt can be overcome.
The Storyteller will describe what any observers may notice on damages, but the statistics and difficulties built up in damage will only be discussed through private messages.
If your Vampire is willing to pay the price, some Healing can be done through more mystical means as well.
But that would depend on the individual vampire's reasources within the City.
